A New Hampshire civil case that pits federal preemption against state consumer protection laws is scheduled for oral arguments before US Supreme Court on March 20. A ruling in the case is expected to clarify states’ authority to regulate the motor transport and airline industries. Check out our webpage for pleadings, updates, and links to other information about the case.
CiteCheck is a new feature available at the NH Bar's Casemaker page. Upload a pleading (yours or your opponents) and in 90 seconds or less, Casemaker will comb through all of your citations to determine whether there's caselaw that impairs the validity of your cites or those in your opponents' brief.
No monthly fee - just $10 per pleading (any type of file - Word, Wordperfect, PDF). Visit the Casemaker page in For Members (login required) and click on the orange bar labeled CiteCheck.
