Clearing Cookies on Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0
  1. Click Tools then Internet Options.
  2. Click the General tab, then click the Delete... button.
  3. Click the Delete Cookies button.
  4. Click the Yes button.
  5. Click the Close button.
  6. Click OK.
Clearing Cookies on Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0
  1. Click Tools then Internet Options.
  2. Click Delete Cookies.
  3. Click OK.
Clearing Cookies on Netscape 7.x/Mozilla
  1. Click Tools then Cookie Manager then Manage Stored Cookies.
  2. Click Remove All Cookies.
  3. Click OK.
Clearing Cookies on America Online 9.0
  1. Select Settings from the toolbar.
  2. Select the By Category tab and click the Internet [Web] Options link.
  3. Click Settings.
    Note: Windows Vista will see more than one Settings button. Click the button in the Browsing history section.
  4. Click View Files.
  5. If you wish to delete any of the cookies or files, right-click on them and choose Delete.
Clearing Cookies on America Online 8.0
  1. Select Settings from the toolbar.
  2. Click Internet Properties (WWW).
  3. Click Settings.
    Note: Windows Vista will see more than one Settings button. Click the button in the Browsing history section.
  4. Click View Files.
  5. If you wish to delete any of the cookies or files, right-click on them and choose Delete.
Clearing Cookies on Opera 9.x for Windows
  1. Open the Tools menu.
  2. Click Delete Private Data
  3. Click Detailed Optionstab
  4. Select Delete All Cookies.
  5. Deselect the checkbox for any of the other Private Data options that you don't want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
Clearing Cookies on Opera 9.x for Mac OS X
  1. Click the Opera menu.
  2. Click Delete Private Data
  3. Click Detailed Optionstab
  4. Select Delete All Cookies.
  5. Deselect the checkbox for any of the other Private Data options that you don't want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
Clearing Cookies on Firefox 3.0 & 2.0 
  1. Click Tools then Options.
  2. Click Privacy.  
  3. Click the Show Cookies button, then click the Remove All Cookies button.
  4. Exit and Relaunch the browser.
Clearing Cookies on Firefox 2.0 for Macintosh
  1. Click the Firefox menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy icon and scroll down to the Cookies section.
  3. Check the box next to Allow sites to set cookies.
  4. Click the "X" in the top left corner to close the Privacy window.
  5. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Clearing Cookies on Safari 3.x & 2.x for Macintosh
  1. Click the Safari menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Security icon.
  3. Select Show Cookies.Cookies.
  4. Click the Remove All.
  5. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Clearing Cookies on Internet Explorer for MacIntosh
  1. On a Classic OS machine, go to Edit then Preferences. On OS X go to Explorer then Preferences.
  2. Expand the Receiving Files option on the left if it isn’t already.
  3. Click Cookies.
  4. In the box that displays all the cookies on the machine, click once to select one, and then press Command-A to select all.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click OK.
Clearing Cookies on Netscape 7.x/Mozilla for MacIntosh
  1. Click Tools then Cookie Manager then Manage Stored Cookies.
  2. Click Remove All Cookies.
Clearing Cookies on Google Chrome
  1. Click the Tools menu
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab and find the Security section.
  4. In the Cookie Settings section, click Show Cookies
    • To delete all cookies from the list, click the Remove All button. Alternatively, you can remove all cookies created during a specific period of time using the Clear Browsing Data option in the Tools menu.
    • To delete a specific cookie, select the website that issued the cookie you'd like to remove. Click the Remove button.
  5. Click Close.
