Full Time Judicial Status Fiscal year June 1 – May 31 Members of the judiciary including Justices, judges and NH Masters who are wholly prohibited by statute from engaging in the practice of law, or who are designated as "essentially full time time members of the judiciary", by the AOC and not engaged in the practice of law, shall be considered Full Time Judicial members.
