About the Bar Admission to the Bar Admission to the New Hampshire Bar Association is administered by the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Necessary forms and instructions for applying for admission to the Bar, including the admission by motion process created under amended Supreme Court Rule 42, are available on the Court's Web site at http://www.courts.state.nh.us/nhbar/index.htm. The New Hampshire Bar Examination is administered twice yearly ~ in February and July with the specific dates and locations varying each year. The examination is administered over the course of two consecutive days. Both parts must be taken at a single administration of the Bar Examination in New Hampshire.
