Formation of Commission

Gov. Lynch Reinstates Judicial Selection Commission
Following up on an announcement first made at the 2005 Midyear Meeting, Gov. John Lynch on Feb. 25, 2005, announced that he is reinstating a merit selection panel to screen applicants for judicial positions. Attorneys Jill Blackmer and Phil Waystack were named co-chairs. The first positions to be filled will be district court judgeships in Franklin, Rochester, and Nashua.
