Judicial Selection Commission Application & Questionnaire The Governor's Executive Order creating the Judicial Selection Commission provides that "(t)he names of persons considered by the Commission shall remain confidential except to the extent necessary for the Commission to carry out its responsibility to evaluate candidates." The Judicial Selection Commission will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your Application and Questionnaire, and may also contact you to appear for an interview. The Judicial Selection Commission will not otherwise contact you regarding the status of your application until after the Governor announces his nominee. |
