Through an online survey, as well as comments gathered on the Bar’s website and at various Association meetings, nearly 500 Bar members provided input on suggested changes to the NH attorney discipline system.

The overwhelming majority of commenters and survey respondents saw no reason to adopt drastic measures advocated in the report by a study team from the ABA’s Standing Committee on Professional Discipline.

Association officers have presented initial feedback to the Court. More meetings will be held to focus on those recommendations that are considered viable.
