Family Division Mediation Programs Topic of Discussions By Karen J. Borgstrom Practitioners are invited to participate in a brown bag meeting to help evaluate how the court-annexed mediation program is working for attorneys and their clients, for pro se parties, for the mediators, and for the courts. At these meetings, the Office of Mediation and Arbitration will be actively seeking input, and will be facilitating a discussion about how the program is working from each groups’ perspective. These meetings will be conducted from March 27 through the beginning of August at every Family Division location, and at the superior court locations still handling family cases (see schedule attached).
