Laconia District, Family Courts Moving Effective April 1, 2009, the Laconia District Court and Family Division offices will be relocated to 26 Academy Street, Laconia. From March 25 through March 31, the clerks' offices for these courts will be closed. Hearings will continue at existing locations during the move. Parties with hearings on these dates should report to the current court locations. These hearings will occur as scheduled. Any requests for emergency relief will be accepted at the existing court Clerks’ offices during this moving period.
