Magistrate Judge Muirhead to Retire US Magistrate Judge James R. Muirhead is retiring from the US District Court bench in Concord. His retirement will take effect upon the appointment of a successor. Applications for the post, which is appointed by the judges of the District Court, will be accepted through Nov. 13, 2009.
