Bar News - July 25, 2003 Court System Cuts Announced AT PRESS TIME last week, the judicial branch enumerated cost-cutting steps to conform with the spending levels allowed under the state budget continuing resolution effective until Oct. 1. The court system is suspending jury sessions in Sept. 2003, postponing the new appellate acceptance policy, and making cuts in superior court security and hours for public access at some courts. The Manchester site of the Hillsborough County Probate Court also will be temporarily closed.
