In Memoriam - Henrikson

Karin I. Henrikson

KARIN INGRID HENRIKSON, 51, an inactive member of the NH Bar, died Aug. 30 after a long illness.

Born in Cleveland, she was the daughter of Karl and Violet Henrikson. She graduated from Rippowam High School in Stamford, Conn., the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School, in 1986. She was admitted to the NH Bar in 1989 and practiced in New Hampshire before relocating to and practicing law in West Virginia.

Henrikson enjoyed living and working on her farm in West Virginia. She was also active in community and environmental organizations in New Hampshire and West Virginia.

Survivors include a daughter, Anna Moffett of Canterbury; her parents, Karl and Violet Henrikson of Marlborough, Mass.; a brother, Karl Henrikson of Winchester, Mass.; and a sister, Kathleen Jensen of Esparde, Denmark.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center, 400 Washington Ave., Montgomery, Ala., 36104.

In memory of our colleague Karin I. Henrikson, the New Hampshire Bar Association's Board of Governors has contributed to the New Hampshire Bar Foundation, 112 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301.
