ANLIR Liquidation: Proof of Claim Form Issued
 

IN CONNECTION WITH the liquidation of the American Lawyers Insurance Reciprocal (ANLIR) and related companies, a proof of claim form has been issued by the Reciprocal Receiverships Administrative Office. The forms can be filed only to recoup unearned premiums and also for any pending known claim, incident or complaint. The filing deadline for proof of claim forms is Aug. 30, 2004.
