Probate Court Administrative Judge John R. Maher (at left) joins retired Rye Municipal Court Judge Gerald Giles in officially opening the new Hon. Gerald F. Giles Lawyers’ Conference Room in the Rockingham County Courthouse. The room was furnished by the Rockingham County Bar Association, using space formerly used by the probate court. The room, for lawyers only, provides a place for attorneys to take a break and socialize with other colleagues in the courthouse. Lawyers from elsewhere in the state are encouraged to take advantage of it when their practice takes them to Rockingham County.
