ABA Retirement Plan Offered as NHBA Benefit

A NEW NHBA member benefit is the ability to participate in the ABA Members Retirement Plan, without membership in the American Bar Association required.
The ABA Member Retirement Plan, formed over 30 years ago to address the retirement planning needs of attorneys and law firms, is NOW available to all NHBA members – whether they are sole practitioners or members of a large law firm. Administered by State Street Bank and Trust Company, in partnership with CitiStreet, the program offers a full menu of services designed to eliminate out-of-pocket administrative expenses and enable participants to meet their retirement planning goals and save money.
This plan enables solo attorneys and law firms of any size to access and to offer to their employees the same menu of benefits that large employers offer.
NHBA members will be receiving information about the plan in the mail shortly or visit the For Members section of this site for more information.
