Sullivan County Superior Court Clerk Peter Y. Wolfe, who is active in alternative dispute resolution program development in New Hampshire, received a scholarship from the State Justice Institute to attend the ABA’s 6th Annual Conference on Dispute Resolution in New York City in April.
Deputy Clerk Julie A. Introcaso, of the Rockingham County Superior Court, received a scholarship from the State Justice Institute to attend a conference on planning and implementing court technology, sponsored by the Institute for Court Management and held at the National Center for State Courts in Williamsburg, Va. in April.

Weyl, chair of the Healthcare Practice Group at Sheehan Phinney Bass+ Green, based in Manchester, has published an analysis of relationships between tax-exempt healthcare organizations and private healthcare providers, "Uncharitable and Out of Control," in the spring 2004 issue of Journal of Health Care Finance.
