Bar News - June 4, 2004 NH Supreme Court Order THE ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE of the district court, Edwin W. Kelly, has been informed, and has informed the supreme court, that the attorney general’s office is currently investigating Judge Franklin C. Jones, of the Rochester District Court on complaints of misdemeanor sexual assault. Pending completion of that investigation and further order of the court, Judge Jones is hereby suspended with pay, effective May 25, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. Within 10 days of this order, Judge Jones may file an objection with this court and request a hearing.
