Corrections
THE AUG. 13 ISSUE of Bar News contained inaccurate biographical details on Anne Barber, one of three newly appointed marital masters. She obtained her law degree from Cornell Law School in 1994 and resigned from the New York Bar in good standing in 1996. She no longer is a member of the Maine bar, having resigned in good standing last August.

The corrected sentence should read: "The regulation appears clear in providing that the scope of RSA 167:4(IV) reaches only annuities purchased by an applicant for Medicaid, who would be the nursing home resident spouse...."
