Correction

In the article titled "Impressions from Abroad: A New Hampshire Lawyer Converses with European Counterparts" by Peter Gardner in the Jan. 21, 2005 issue, Dr. Kari Stefansson was incorrectly identified as an attorney. Dr. Stefansson, founder and chairman of deCode Genetics, is a medical doctor and a leading biotech/genetics scientist and entrepreneur.
