NH Supreme Court Orders
ADM-2004-0160 In the Matter of Tyler P. Harwell
On January 14, 2005, this court issued an order requiring Tyler P. Harwell to file his 2004 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance and to pay $300 in fees assessed for late filing of the annual trust accounting certificate, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.
Mr. Tyler has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 50-A(2).
Mr. Tyler is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. This suspension is in addition to the suspensions of Attorney Harwell in ADM-2004-0008, In the Matter of Tyler Pierce Harwell, for failing to file his certificate of compliance with the minimum legal education requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2003, and for failing to pay $425 in late fees; and in LD-2003-0013, In the Matter of Tyler Pierce Harwell, for violating Rules of the Professional Conduct Committee; and in ADM-2004-0119, In the Matter of Tyler Pierce Harwell, for nonpayment of his 2003/2004 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of his suspension.

ADM-2004-0173 In the Matter of Robert M. Linnehan, Jr.
On January 7, 2005, this court issued an order requiring Robert M. Linnehan, Jr. to file his 2004 annual trust accounting certificate of compliance and to pay $300 in fees assessed for late filing of the annual trust accounting certificate, or be suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire.
Mr. Linnehan has neither responded to the show cause order, nor brought himself into compliance with Supreme Court Rule 50-A(2).
Mr. Linnehan is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire. The court hereby requires that Mr. Linnehan’s trust accounts and other financial records be audited at his expense.
This suspension is in addition to the suspension imposed on March 18, 2004, in ADM-2004-0014, for failure to file his certificate of compliance with the Continuing Legal Education Board and pay $425 in delinquency fees.
Mr. Linnehan is ordered to notify his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Friday, April 1, 2005 that he has completed this task. On or before Thursday, March 17, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Mr. Linnehan’s files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.
