Bar News - April 8, 2005 Nina Gardner to Receive Kenison Award Nina C. Gardner, executive director of the NH Judicial Council, has been named the 2005 recipient of the NH Bar Foundation's Frank Rowe Kenison Award. The award is given annually in recognition of an individual's contributions to strengthening the justice system in New Hampshire. Gardner has served as executive director of the Judicial Council since December 1988, an entity created by statute to bring together individuals from every branch of government and the private sector to oversee the justice system and to act as a catalyst for its continued improvement, as well as to provide assistance to the legislature in reviewing proposed legislation. The Kenison Award will be presented at the Bar Foundation's dinner on May 26. See the next issue of Bar News from more on Gardner and the Kenison Award. |
