Want to Know More About Parenting Plans?

Members of the NHBA Family Law Section have suggested that practitioners interested in learning more about the concept of preparing a parenting plan, as prescribed in the new divorce legislation, HB 640, should read, "Planning for Shared Parenting : A Guide for Parents Living Apart." The guide was published last year by the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

The following is a link to a 23-page PDF. This link will also be published on the Bar’s web site at www.nhbar.org.
