In preparation for the introduction of *on-line service for Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Existence and Certificates of Authorization we would like to announce a change in the above-noted certificates. Effective July 1, 2005 certificates will be issued bearing only the current active name for the entity. Former or previous names will no longer be included. This will in no way affect the validity of the document.

We will honor requests for certificates requiring the inclusion of the former names. The certificate will be considered a specialized certificate and a delay in processing will occur.

* We are anticipating that we will be able to offer on-line service for Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Existence and Certificates of Authorization sometime this year; however, no definitive time has been established.
