Judge Morrill Awarded Scholarship to Study Mediation
Superior Court Judge Robert E.K. Morrill has been awarded a scholarship by the State Justice Institute to attend a six-day workshop entitled Mediating the Litigated Case, to be held in Irvine, California by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. “The Judicial Branch is making a deliberate effort to afford litigants a broader range of ways to resolve their disputes,” said Morrill, who will attend the workshop from August 22-27.
Judge Morrill was named to the bench by Gov. John Sununu and has been an Associate Justice for 19 years. He currently sits in Rockingham County Superior Court and has been a member of the NH Bar since 1974.
