U.S. Supreme Court: Term in Review


The United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, is presenting the fifth annual two-hour program called Supreme Court 2004-2005: The Term in Review  which will feature an analysis of the decisions from this term by several Supreme Court experts.  The issues include First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, and Fourteenth Amendment, trial rights, sentencing, criminal habeas and AEDPA, death penalty, civil rights, federal jurisdiction and procedure. The program has been approved for 1.7 non-live CLE credits.

 

The program will be shown in the Jury Assembly Room, 1st Floor, on the following dates:

 

      Thursday, August 25, 2005,  11:30 - 1:30 PM

      Friday, September 9, 2005,  12 -2 PM
