NH Supreme Court Orders

 

ADM-2005-0055,

In the Matter of Peter Allan Handy

 

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of his 2004/2005 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of his suspension, Peter Allan Handy is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

 

Mr. Handy is ordered to notify all of his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Monday, September 19, 2005 that he has completed this task.  On or before Thursday, September 8, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Mr. Handy’s files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

 

Broderick, C.J., and Nadeau, Dalianis, Duggan, and Galway, JJ., concurred.

In the Matter of Nancy L. Horning

 

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of her 2004/2005 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of her suspension, Nancy L. Horning is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

 

Ms. Horning is ordered to notify all of her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Monday, September 19, 2005 that she has completed this task.  On or before Thursday, September 8, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Ms. Horning’s files and to take action to protect the interests of her clients.

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of his 2004/2005 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of his suspension, Dennis Michael O’Driscoll is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

 

Mr. O’Driscoll is ordered to notify all of his clients in writing that he has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Monday, September 19, 2005 that he has completed this task.  On or before Thursday, September 8, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Mr. O’Driscoll’s files and to take action to protect the interests of his clients.

Having been suspended from the New Hampshire Bar Association for nonpayment of her 2004/2005 bar dues and not having been reinstated within six months of her suspension, Suzanne M. Myron is hereby suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 42A.

 

Ms. Myron is ordered to notify all of her clients in writing that she has been suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire and to notify the court by Monday, September 19, 2005 that she has completed this task.  On or before Thursday, September 8, 2005, the Attorney Discipline Office shall advise the court if it believes that an attorney should be appointed to make an inventory of Ms. Myron’s files and to take action to protect the interests of her clients.
