Effective September 20, 2005 the fee to file an adversary proceeding in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court will increase to $250.00.
At its June meeting, the Judicial Conference of the United States Committee on Court Administration and Case Management unanimously approved an increase in the adversary filing fee, Item 6 of the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. The increase will raise that fee to $250.00 and will permit the adversary fee to continue to track the civil action filing fee.

Effective October 17, 2005 the filing fee required by 28 U.S.C. § 1930 to file a Chapter 7, Chapter 13 or Chapter 11 (non-railroad) petition will change.
Chapter 7 - increases from $209 to $274
Chapter 13 - decreases from $194 to $189
Chapter 11 - increases from $839 to $1,039
These fee changes are prescribed by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA) of 2005 (Pub.L. 109-8, 2005) and the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief (Emergency Supplemental Act), 2005 (Pub.L. 109-13, 2005).
