Citizens’ Commission Continues Public Input Sessions
The Citizens’ Commission on State Courts, appointed by the Supreme Court to make recommendations on changes to be made to improve how the courts serve the public continues to conduct listening sessions that will reach every county by early November. (See accompanying schedule.)
“It is in the best interest of the profession and the public that the Commission obtain a wide range of informed opinion,” said NHBA President Richard Y. Uchida, who encourages Bar members to let clients and colleagues know about these opportunities for public comment on the operation of the court system.
Each location has two sessions – afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. All of the testimony will be made public via transcripts.
Visit the Commission’s Web site at www.nhcitcourts.org for information.
