Casemaker Now Allows Combined Library Searching

Casemaker, the NH Bar’s online law library, available as a no-cost member benefit, now allows users to search its entire database of state supreme court libraries. The combined search feature allows searching of the current year’s cases from the consortium states (with some additional states’ cases available as well.)

Click on “Nationwide Collections” to access the combined search function for state supreme court libraries and then click on: “Combined State Cases.”

The Casemaker NH case law library features NH case law dating back to 1872.

Also available is the case law from a number of other states (including all of New England) and a federal law collection.

Casemaker is easily searchable and case law is updated weekly.  To find out more, visit the NHBA Web site at www.nhbar.org, log-in and click on the Casemaker logo.  There are no additional costs to use Casemaker.

For login information or questions about Casemaker, please call (603) 224-6942 or send an e-mail to nhbainfo@nhbar.org. At the Casemaker login page, you find a variety of self-help materials, including a “frequently asked questions” feature and an online tutorial.
