Federal Court Advisory Committee Acts as Attorneys’ Sounding Board
This information is from the US District Court, District of NH Web site at www.nhd.uscourts.gov.
The Federal Court Advisory Committee was formed in March of 2000 to act as a sounding board on many issues facing the court. The committee will, while acting closely with the NHBA Federal Practice Section, also function as the liaison between the bench and bar on issues important to federal practitioners. If you have an issue you believe should be raised, you may e-mail any one of the members.
The Committee is composed of eight members who serve a term of three years along with five permanent representatives for the Federal Defender, Attorney General’s Office, United States Attorney, and CJA Panel, as well as the chair of the Federal Practice Section.
