Omission
In the coverage of the Nov. 30 oral argument of Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, et al., before the US Supreme Court (Dec. 16 issue of Bar News), several NH Bar members in attendance were mentioned. We forgot to include Diane Murphy Quinlan, Chancellor and General Counsel to the Diocese of Manchester. On behalf of the Diocese, Quinlan filed an amicus curiae brief with the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in the case, and she participated in the preparation of a joint amicus brief appealing the First Circuit’s decision to the US Supreme Court on behalf of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and the Diocese of Manchester.
