Bar News - February 3, 2006

Correction

The caption on page 13 of the Jan. 20 Bar News incorrectly said Pocket-talkers, devices for hearing-impaired persons to use in court, were made available through a NH Bar Foundation grant. The devices were donated for use in the probate courts by NH Legal Assistance (a grantee of the NH Bar Foundation) using a grant from the State Office of Long Term Care Ombudsman. The Office of the Long Term Care Ombudsman provides education and advocacy for residents in assisted living and nursing facilities and also investigates resident complaints.
