New Members Join Bar in February 2 Ceremony

The Feb. 2 admission ceremony was briefly delayed as the Supreme Court building was evacuated while Concord firefighters responded to a smoke alarm triggered by a malfunctioning light fixture at the courthouse.


The NH Bar welcomed 55 new members on February 2 in an admittance ceremony at the NH Supreme Court in Concord.  All but one of the new members were admitted on motion under Rule 42.  Forty-five are men and 10 are women.  The following are some other interesting statistics gathered from the data provided to Bar News on 52 of the 55 members:
