At the 2006 Midyear Meeting Honors & Awards luncheon on Feb. 16, the NHBA recognized the Pro Bono Attorneys of the Year for each county and superior court district.

Meeting highlights:

• Chief Justice Broderick announces  that the Court has approved limited-scope representation rules to enable attorneys to provide legal services to clients who, for cost reasons, might otherwise represent themselves. Page 4.

• ABA President Michael Greco outlines initiatives to promote pro bono participation and commitment to public service in law firms of all sizes. Page 10.
