Limited-Representation Rules Approved
Chief Justice John T. Broderick Jr. announced at the Bar’s Midyear Meeting that the Supreme Court has approved rules that specifically permit limited legal representation, also referred to as “unbundled legal services,” in certain circumstances.
“We are confident that these new rules will assist in the court’s ongoing efforts to make justice more accessible, affordable and understandable for all of our citizens,” the Chief Justice said. A court order formally adopting the new rules will be issued in the near future.
Updates on the new rules will be provided to NHBA E-bulletin subscribers and posted on the Bar’s Web site when they are available.
