Chief Justice Lynn’s letter, published Jan. 20, 2006, in rebuttal to attorney David L. Nixon’s article of Jan. 6, 2006, entitled “The Superior Court: Orphans of NH’s Judicial System?” does not represent the positions of all members of the Superior Court.
