Attorney Elliot Berry of NH Legal Assistance was chosen by the Bar Foundation board of directors to receive the Frank Rowe Kenison Award, which he will receive at the Annual Dinner on May 11, 2006 for his substantial contributions to the betterment of New Hampshire’s citizens.
