In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the Probate Court is in the process of conducting a judicial evaluation involving the following judges:

            Honorable Raymond A. Cloutier               Hillsborough County Probate Court

            Honorable Richard A. Hampe                  Merrimack County Probate Court

            Honorable Michael R. Feeney                 Sullivan County Probate Court

Evaluation questionnaires can be obtained from the Office of the Administrative Judge and should be forwarded to the address below once it has been completed.  You may call Patty Cole at 642-5437 ext. 2315 or email her at pcole@courts.state.nh.us for a blank questionnaire. 

While responses are shared with the judge being evaluated, they are treated as confidential and the identity of the person completing the form will remain anonymous. 

All evaluations must be submitted by June 30, 2006.
