Bar News - May 5, 2006 NH District Court Notice In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the Administrative Judge of the District Court and Family Division routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following judges are presently being evaluated: L. Phillips Runyon, III., Justice Jaffrey/Peterborough District Court Michael J. Ryan, Special Justice Goffstown District Court An evaluation questionnaire can be obtained directly from the Office of the District Court Administrative Judge, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or by calling 271-6418. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. While responses will be shared with the judge being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, we request that you do not sign the completed evaluation. All evaluations for Judges Runyon and Ryan must be submitted to the following address no later than May 26, 2006.
