The Chief Justice of the Superior Court is currently in the process of conducting judicial evaluations in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32 involving the following Justices of the Court:

            Honorable Gillian L. Abramson                Hillsborough Superior Court – North

            Honorable Bernard J. Hampsey, Jr.          Hillsborough Superior Court – South

            Honorable James D. O’Neill, III                Carroll County Superior Court

            Honorable Peter H. Fauver                      Strafford County Superior Court

            Honorable Tina L. Nadeau                       Rockingham County Superior Court

            Honorable Jean K. Burling                       Grafton County Superior Court

            Honorable Steven M. Houran                   Grafton/Sullivan County Superior Court

            Evaluation questionnaires can be obtained from the offices of any of the Clerks of Court listed above and should be forwarded to the address which appears below.  All responses are treated as confidential and while their content will be shared with the Justice being evaluated, the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.

            All evaluation questionnaires should be submitted not later than MAY 31, 2006.
