Work Life Balance Program: June Theme is ‘Living Single’
Each month, the Work-Balance Program Web site in the For Members area at www.nhbar.org features a special theme. This month the topic is “Living Single in a Couples World.”
The Work/Life Program Web site is designed to help meet the everyday challenges members face in trying to balance the demands of their professional and personal lives. The Web site features a wide range of topics, including personal topics such as medical, parenting, and elder-care; and work-related topics such as time-management, effective communication, and stress management, to name a few.
Arising from the “living single” theme this month, the web site features articles such as “Independence is a Valuable Treasure,” Friendships in Adulthood,” and “Tips on Dating.”
The Work-Life Balance Program also provides monthly on-line Web seminars at no cost (reservations required). “Living Single in a Couples World” is scheduled for June 20, 2006 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EST. Log in to the For Members area of www.nhbar.org today to sign up!
Please contact NHBA Member Services Coordinator Rose Anocibar at ranocibar@nhbar.org if you need more information or have comments on this innovative, 24/7 member benefit.
