The NH Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules is soliciting comment from the bar and the public on proposed rule changes.

The Committee holds a public hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 1 p.m. — one of two scheduled public hearings each year — to consider rule changes and obtain input from the public.

The rules proposals are found at www.courts.state.nh.us. Comments may be mailed to the Committee, at the NH Supreme Court, or e-mailed before June 20, 2006 to rulescomment@courts.state.nh.us.
