Public Info Pamphlet for Auto Accident Victims Updated
The NHBA has just published a revised version of “I’ve Been in an Auto Accident - What Do I Do Now?” pamphlet. This pamphlet describes obligations of persons involved in an accident, how to file an accident report and what to do if someone is injured. It was produced by the Public Information Committee and is available at no cost to members, with space for your imprint, for distribution to clients. (Please limit requests for quantities to 50 or fewer, unless special circumstances warrant.) Single copies are distributed free to the public.
Special thanks to attorneys Douglas A. Grauel, of the Seufert Professional Association, and Donald Hebert, of Hebert & Uchida, for their assistance in updating this pamphlet.
To be available soon: “Consumer Protection in New Hampshire” (a booklet) and an updated pamphlet on bankruptcy.
Attorneys are wanted to serve as volunteers to update existing titles or help prepare new pamphlets. Contact Sheila Dion at 603-224-6942 or mail to: sdion@nhbar.org for information.
