The United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, is presenting the sixth annual two-hour program called Supreme Court 2005-2006:  The Term in Review  which will feature an analysis of the decisions from this term by several Supreme Court experts.  The issues include First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, trial rights, criminal habeas corpus and the death penalty, civil rights, federal jurisdiction and procedure, election law, patent law and executive power. There is a pending application for non-live CLE credits.

            The program will be shown in the Jury Assembly Room, 1st Floor, on the following dates:

                        Wednesday:      August 16,  2006,  2 -4 PM

                        Thursday:          August 24,  2006,  11:30 - 1:30 PM

                        Friday:             September 8,  2006,  12 -2 PM
