In a photo on page 6 of the July 21, 2006 edition of the Bar News, Krystal Barry was identified as Miss New Hampshire. She is Miss NH-USA, a separate and unrelated pageant organization from The Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program. Emily Hughes of Gilmanton is the current Miss New Hampshire.

In the article “Contests Develop in County Courthouse Races,” on page 9 in the July 21, 2006 edition of the Bar News, Exeter attorney David H. Mirsky’s name was not highlighted to indicate that he is a member of the NH Bar. He was admitted to the Bar in 1992.
