Mediation is a growing method of resolving family law cases but where do attorneys fit into this picture? Attorneys John Norton, Greg Martin, and Karen Borgstrom will present a half-day morning seminar on this timely topic, Thursday, September 7, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Bar Center, Suite 300, 2 Pillsbury Street, Concord.

Norton is one of the architects of New Hampshire’s new unbundled rules and Martin and Borgstrom are both family law practitioners as well as marital mediators. A representative from the Family Division will join the panel as well.
