Pro Bono Training: Unbundled Rules, Mediated Cases

Mediation is a growing method of resolving family law cases but where do attorneys fit into this picture? Attorneys John Norton, Greg Martin, and Karen Borgstrom will present a half-day morning seminar on this timely topic, Thursday, September 7, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Bar Center, Suite 300, 2 Pillsbury Street, Concord.

Norton is one of the architects of New Hampshireís new unbundled rules and Martin and Borgstrom are both family law practitioners as well as marital mediators. A representative from the Family Division will join the panel as well.

Registration is limited to active Pro Bono and Lawyer Referral Service attorneys.  Please check the e-Bulletin, the Barís Web site at www.nhbar.org, and your mail for more information, or call NHBA Associate Executive Director Virginia Martin at 603-715-3221.
