On October 12, the Catholic Lawyers Guild will present its first Thomas More Award at a dinner following the celebration of the annual Red Mass at 5:15 p.m. at St. Joseph Cathedral in Manchester. The dinner, a new event starting at 6:30 p.m., also features US Senator John E. Sununu as guest speaker. It is open to all members of the judicial, legal, law enforcement and legislative communities.

The award will recognize a practicing Catholic lawyer or judge, who embodies the spirit of the Patron Saint of Lawyers in his or her courage, dedication, integrity, civility, and compassion toward others.
