Bar News - September 8, 2006 ‘Credit Slips’ a Blog on Bankruptcy Is bankruptcy part of your practice? Check out “Credit Slips.” This blog, www.creditslips.org, is collectively written by seven law school types “on all things about credit and bankruptcy…discussing and debating what does happen and what should happen when consumers and businesses borrow money.” Some of the posts are critiques or interpretations of the new bankruptcy act, tidbits about bankruptcy trends such as the role of medical debt, even sociological ruminations on the behavior of borrowers or, as in the case of a recent post, college students embarrassed by their parents’ bankruptcies. |
