Updated Bankruptcy Pamphlet Now Available to the Public


An updated bankruptcy public information pamphlet is now available on the Bar’s Web site at http://www.nhbar.org/for-the-public/bankruptypamphlet.asp. The pamphlet will go to the printer within the next month and will then be available to members for distribution to clients, at a modest cost, with space for the attorney’s imprint. Single copies will also be available free to the public upon request.
