Bar News - October 6, 2006 Coming Soon: Enhanced Online Legal Research for Bar Members
The Casemaker New Hampshire online legal library — available to NHBA members at no cost for unlimited use — is being expanded and enhanced. By the end of 2006, the Casemaker Web site will contain legal libraries for all 50 STATES — the current selection of state libraries will include all appellate case law, state constitutions, rules of court, current statutes, as well as other selected items for all states. Also on the way will be improved search options that will enable more cross-library searches. Also expanded will be Casemaker’s Federal Library collection. Soon, libraries will include federal appellate decisional law that will have all decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Circuit Court libraries will include all decisions post-1949.
